About this place
A countryside holiday villa in a hamlet near Monteu Roero, with a garden, hot tub and table tennis. Shops, supermarkets, dining and local activities are a few minutes away by car.
On the ground floor there is one single bedroom (bed size 120×200 cm) accessible via garden entry, equipped with a ceiling hoist. Its bathroom includes a flag lift, a 120×120 cm accessible shower (a self‑propelled shower chair can be arranged), a wheelchair‑friendly sink, and a toilet with hand shower. Also on the ground floor are the main kitchen (approx. 3.5 × 5 m) and a living room with fireplace. These rooms are arranged to allow full wheelchair circulation.
The first floor holds two additional bedrooms: one with a 160×200 cm four‑poster bed (with electric adjustable bases) and another with two 100×200 cm sommiers that may be joined into a large double bed. That second room can also be fitted with a single armchair bed (107×193 cm). Adjacent is a full bathroom with shower under a sloping ceiling. Both upstairs rooms open onto a panoramic terrace. Outdoors, the property includes a flat stone‑paved garden furnished with a large table (for ~8 people), parasols, lounge chairs, a swing, and a large iron gazebo for shaded dining. BBQ, ping‑pong table, and croquet are available for guests. A private courtyard offers indoor parking for two cars. There is a Jacuzzi in the garden which can be accessed with the portable hoist, and a swimming pool (during the summer months).
Adapted transfers are available from the owners of the villa, so do not hesitate to ask.
