What is a WheelTribe Host?
A WheelTribe Host can be anyone offering an accessible or inclusive tourism service, including:
Hotels, villas, apartments and other accommodation
Associations and community organisations
Adaptive sports and outdoor activity providers
Guides and organisations offering accessible tours and experiences
Accessible beaches and beach services
Transport providers
Mobility and medical equipment rental services
Every Host contributes something different. Together, they help travellers discover not only where they can go, but also what they can experience and who they can connect with when they arrive.

A destination is more than its monuments and attractions. It is also made up of the people who welcome visitors, the services they provide and the experiences they make possible.

Creating a Host account and publishing listings is free. WheelTribe does not charge subscription fees or booking commissions.
Information travellers can trust
Our team reviews listings before publication for completeness, clarity and consistency. We may ask for additional information, measurements or photographs where necessary.
This review is not a formal accessibility certification or an on-site audit unless this has been explicitly agreed and stated.
The purpose is to help Hosts communicate clearly and give travellers useful information—not to reduce accessibility to a single label.
How to join
- Step 1
Create a Host account
Select Host when registering and confirm your email address.
- Step 2
Introduce yourself
Complete your Host profile and tell the community about your business, organisation or professional activity.
- Step 3
Share your offer
Once your Host profile is approved, create your first listing. Add its location, photographs, services and practical accessibility information.
- Step 4
Join the WheelTribe map
Submit your listing for review. Once approved, it becomes visible in WheelTribe Search and on the Map.
You can continue updating your profile and listings as your services evolve.
What should I prepare?
- Your logo or profile image
- A short introduction to your organisation or activity
- Your website and public contact details
- The address and map location of your service
- Recent photographs
- Photographs of relevant accessibility features
- Useful measurements
- Information about available assistance, equipment and services
If you do not know a particular detail, do not guess. Information can be marked as unknown or not yet assessed.
